Charles “Chuck” Weber, DO

Charles Weber, DO is a board certified psychiatrist and addictionologist and is the CEO / CMO of the Family Care Center (FCC). His primary focus for starting FCC was to assist the Active Duty family members and Veterans in our community. This mission has expanded to include caring for the entire Colorado Springs community. Dr. Weber enlisted in the Army as an infantryman in Jan 1989. He subsequently was appointed to the United States Military Academy in 1995 before attend and graduating from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medical School in 2002. He gained more than 14 years of clinical and leadership experience in the Army before retiring in Nov 2016. Dr. Weber opened FCC in 2016 with the vision of providing a full range of outpatient mental health services to include individual and group therapies, medication management, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). Dr. Weber has presented at many conferences both nationally and internationally and has done significant forensic work. He is currently a Teaching Fellow at both Rocky Mountain Osteopathic Medicine and CSU Pueblo and is one of the teaching preceptors for Rocky Vista Medical School and several psychiatric nurse practitioner programs. In addition to his clinical roles, Dr. Weber likes to give back in leadership roles as well. He is the President of the non-profit Colorado Veterans Health and Wellness Agency, a member of the TMS Clinical Society, and a member of the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce, Military Affairs Council. FCC has been expanding over the years and now has four locations across the Colorado Springs metro. We look forward to exceeding your expectations.
