About Clint

I was raised in Rapid City, South Dakota. I lived in California for 20 years and moved to Colorado in 2019. I enjoy camping, scuba diving, and archery. If I could go on vacation today, I would go to Ireland or Tahiti. I have a wife, two sons, and a dog. I have worked in the mental health field for 20 years.


I specialize in counseling for issues surrounding aging, long-term care, chronic medical conditions, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions/mid-life crisis, parenting, identity, and work & life balance. I use an eclectic approach of solution-focused, person-in-environment, choice theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapeutic styles.

As a counselor, I don’t do “psychobabble.” I have a straight-talking and common-sense approach to life’s problems. I believe it is my job to help you find a way to make adjustments in your daily life that will help you improve decision making, find solutions to problems, and develop and maintain relationships with frank and honest communication. If you are looking for a change in your life, willing to work for it, and want to learn to laugh at life I will work with you to achieve that.
