Why work with Kathryn?

To make changes in our lives, we must be willing to acknowledge that everyone needs help at some point in our lives. This will be the first step towards many healthy and positive changes in your life, and I would love to be the one guiding you and walking with you through this process. I hope to provide a safe, judgment-free zone with you to openly communicate together. I believe in a strengths-based approach and creating a strong rapport with my clients to build trust and understanding within our sessions together. I want to support you in identifying any issues or problems and then live in the solution.
