Dr. Weber attended Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine and received a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002. His transitional internship was at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He was the Chief of the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) at Evans Army Community Hospital, and the first Installation Director of Psychological Health (IDPH) for Fort Carson, Colorado, as well as the consultant for the Army’s Substance Abuse Program (ASAP). His approach is holistic, specializing in sensible psychopharmacological evidence based treatments. He has extensive forensic psychiatry experience and consultant work with focus on veteran / military challenges as well as addiction.
Rae Ann Weber, D.O.
Family Practice, Suboxone Provider
She is prior service having served in the US Army as a family practice physician from 2002-2007. She completed her Family Practice Residency at Ft.Belvoir, VA. Dr. Rae Ann Weber has focused the majority of her clinical practice as a government physician (GS). Her passion for our community, the Service Members and their families led her to this opportunity as the Family Support Center was transitioning to the Family Care Center. She has delivered countless babies and has taken care of patients from newborn to elderly. The last 2 years she has focused on behavioral health / physicals and 28 day PTSD programs as the medical consultant.
Chelsey Lahr is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner licensed to prescribe psychiatric medications in the state of Colorado. She graduated from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010, and then was an officer in the Army from 2010-2015. It was during this time that she developed a love for providing mental health care to our nations military personnel and their families. She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2014 and has been working as a psychiatric nurse practitioner since then.
