I am from Arlington, Texas. I have 2 sons, and one of my favorite sayings is, “you can do hard things.” I love to be outside and enjoy cycling, playing pickleball, and going on hikes.
I used to be a school counselor because I had had some struggles when I was a child, and I wanted to help students get through some of the difficult years. I later transitioned to the community setting so that I could help teenagers and adults get through some of life’s struggles. I do individual counseling and work with people who have issues with anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, bipolar, borderline, self-confidence issues, school issues, and relationship issues. I use a lot of CBT and DBT therapy techniques. I have degrees from Texas Tech University and the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs.
Why work with Brian?
I am easy going and focus on helping clients have a good experience starting therapy where the environment is relaxed and comfortable. I believe a good therapeutic relationship starts with having a connection between the client and therapist.
