About Megan

I grew up in the Southern California. I met my husband while he was stationed at Hill, AFB and never looked back! We’ve had the privilege of being stationed overseas from 2010-2020 which allowed me to gain a greater respect and understanding of different cultures and lifestyles. We relocated to Colorado Springs in Fall 2020. I enjoy Zumba, hiking, spending time with my family and friends, and traveling to new places.

My background is providing adult individual, couple, and group counseling services to the military and substance abuse population. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, postpartum, grief, PTSD, and trauma. While living in Ramstein, Germany, I completed my graduate and post graduate work at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC) Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic. I had the honor of providing psychotherapy services to those stationed locally, service members medevac’d from deployed areas, and doing teletherapy with deployed service members. I volunteered for 3 years with the Red Cross as a mental health professional traveling to bases in Europe and the Middle East that offered interactive and psychoeducation workshops. Before joining FCC family, I worked with the adult substance abuse population in the Colorado Springs area which included detox, residential, PHP, IOP programs.
